As an Event Operations Manager, this tool is priceless to me and my team!!! It saves us so much time! Time that would normally be spent on staffing, scheduling and recruiting our on-call staff to work our events! Plus, our on-call staff also appreciates the ease of use on their end! The User Dashboard gives us an easy view of all upcoming scheduled Events. All operations and support team cam can look and see scheduled events and all confirmed staff for each event! With a few simple steps, we easily schedule an Event, schedule our Event Staff and we’re done! Now we are free to move on to another task without having to make a phone call, email or sent a text! I purchased a business in 2019 that had been using Event Staff App since 2013 and continued using the app for scheduling employees for events. Using Event Staff App allowed me to focus on other parts of the business. Not to mention I had information on events from 2013. I could run reports on which staff members worked which events, client, and venue information for marketing. One of the first questions from employees after I purchased the company is if we will keep using Event Staff App. I ask them what they thought about the app and they said it was great and easy to use.
